When we try to move toward more collective responsibility, we often get stuck in disagreements or long discussions. We sometimes compromise or use force simply because we don’t know what else to try. Or we just keep talking until we run out of energy, patience, or time.
What can you do to facilitate decisive action that cares for everyone’s needs?
In these intro sessions, Roni offers demos and guided practices for supportive facilitation and collaborative leadership. You can use these skills to:
Hold more efficient meetings without leaving anyone behind
Agree on who is making which decisions and how
Facilitate difficult conversations in ways that increase trust and pull to action
Introductionary Workshops

We live in a time when the brokenness of our world is undeniable
Climate collapse, rising authoritarianism, deep inequality, and the erosion of collective hope.
Since the fall of alternatives to extractive capitalism, many have turned inward, isolated in silos and stripped of faith in a shared future.
The thread of resistance and collective courage has never been lost.
Across history, mentors and movements have shown us another path: Civil resistance, solidarity, and the discovery of strength in community.
There is a tradition and we are gathering the teachers to deliver the key learning.
